Compassion-Based Resilience Training

Compassion-Based Resilience Training is a comprehensive, evidence-based contemplative training program designed to build a life of engagement and purpose. Designed by Nalanda Institute Founder and Director Joe Loizzo, MD, PhD, this cutting-edge, 8-week training program guides participants in building the foundation needed to reach their highest potential for resilience, compassion, and altruism.
