She sources from eastern wisdom traditions, western psychotherapy frameworks, and social science research to build personal programs that help people thrive.

  • Writing was my first contemplative practice; poetry and prose have been constant companions since elementary school.

I funded several years of travel and spiritual pursuits through various writing and editing jobs in my twenties.

I have a B.A. in English from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State (2010). My work has been published in Powder, Psychedelic Medicine, and Yoga Therapy Today, where I was also associate editor.

  • I teach on the meditation faculty at Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science. You are welcome to join every Friday at 1 pm ET.

I’ve been teaching across yoga, wellness, and Tibetan Buddhist inspired meditation spaces since 2013.

  • I run my own private practice, Presence and Purpose, from my home in Boulder, Colorado.
